Mrs. Alvarez-Segura is a full-time Real Estate and Corporate paralegal at the Law Offices of Daniel J. Osojnak. Ingrid has over 20 years of experience in the Legal/Title/Closing industry. She has extensive expertise working on real estate transactions, bank closings, corporate and general legal practice matters. Ingrid has previously worked for various title companies and law firms in Long Island. She has an impressive title clearance background and is well versed in the ability to close and fund transactions. Ingrid possesses outstanding interpersonal communication skills and is fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Nicastro is an accomplished attorney who has been affiliated with the Law Offices of Daniel J. Osojnak for over 20 years. She has worked with the firm in multiple practice areas including Real Estate, Corporate Law, and Wills, Trust and Estate Matters. Prior to working with Mr. Osojnak, she was a criminal defense attorney for The Legal Aid Society of New York City for 10 years which afforded her extensive courtroom and trial experience. Ms. Nicastro is involved in various pro-bono activies. She currently serves as an active member of the Kiwanis Club of East Meadow and is presently the East Meadow PTA Council President.

Ms. Ramsaran is the legal secretary at the Law Offices of Daniel J. Osojnak. Neveda is very knowledgeable in the field of filing civil cases and assists in real estate and corporate transactions at our firm. She has also served as an intern at the Queens County Supreme Court, Civil Term. She is currently enrolled in a college pre-law program and has completed numerous courses in the areas of Law, Business, Real Estate, Foreign and Comparative Politics.
